The rest of the space is dedicated essentially to sales information about the author, including previous works, the author’s assessment of the target group, comparable stories and competitive titles, etc.Ī synopsis, especially for filmmakers, is a one to three page description of the story which includes the author’s bigger picture intentions. The step outline should make it easier to understand how the individual events relate to each other in this chain of cause and effect.
